Discover Your Spirit/Power Animal: Discover Yourself

Spirit animals have been recorded throughout history as important guides for humankind. People from many cultures—including Egyptians, Native Americans, and Hindus all recognized the importance and power of animal spirits or archetypes. The best way to discover the benefits of an animal spirit is through direct experience.
